How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders above Rs 4,000. Standard delivery on smaller orders is Rs 199.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay by card or bank transfer.

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchange page for details.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number, or check the tracking link in your confirmation message.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We photograph every product carefully, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
